Six AI tools are worth knowing if you run a small business in 2026: ChatGPT or Claude for ideas, Canva for design, CapCut for editing reels, Higgsfield for AI video, a product-photo tool like Photoroom, and Crewzo.ai for on-brand ads in Arabic dialects. Most owners need two or three, not six.
It's Sunday night. You have four tabs open: one writes the caption, one designs the post, one cuts the reel, one fixes the product photo. Each of them asked who you are and who you sell to. And the Arabic caption still reads like it was translated from English, because it probably was.
Here's where each one earns its tab, and where it doesn't.
The six tools at a glance
Prices are as of September 2026. Several vendors price by country, so check the number in your own region.
| Tool | Best for | Where it falls short | Starting price |
|---|---|---|---|
| ChatGPT / Claude | Ideas, outlines, first drafts | Tends to answer in standard Arabic, not your dialect | Free plans; $20/month for Plus or Pro |
| Canva | Quick designs from templates | Popular templates are popular because everyone uses them | Free plan; Pro varies by country |
| CapCut | Cutting reels, captions, transitions | Doesn't document spoken-Arabic auto captions | Free plan; Pro about $19.99/month |
| Higgsfield | Cinematic AI video | Arabic only through dubbing and voice-over | Free plan; paid from $9/month |
| Photoroom, Claid, Pebblely | Product shots without a photographer | Small text and labels need checking | From about $9/month |
| Crewzo.ai | On-brand ads, scripts and carousels in Arabic dialects | Fewer video models, no chat, no scheduling | $3 for a 7-day trial, then $29/month |
1. ChatGPT or Claude: ideas and first drafts
Ask either one for a Gulf Arabic caption and there's a good chance you'll get standard Arabic back. There's research on this. The AL-QASIDA study found that "a majority of LLM responses fail because they are in MSA rather than DA", meaning standard Arabic instead of dialect, and GPT-4o was one of the models tested (source). The same paper points to the fix: examples. Paste three of your best captions into the chat before you ask.
Before the caption, they're excellent. Brainstorm an offer, outline a campaign, turn a rambling voice note into a draft. Both remember you now: ChatGPT has Memory and Projects, and Claude gives free users up to five Projects to keep brand notes in. ChatGPT makes images, while Claude doesn't generate images at all. Neither makes video any more, since OpenAI shut down the Sora app in April 2026.
Keep a chat open for arguing with an idea before it becomes an ad. Nothing beats it for that.
In Crewzo: Ad Script Writer. One line about what you sell gets you three ad scripts, written Meta ad copy and ten headlines, built on the audience and offer already in your Brand DNA. You pick the dialect: 12 Arabic dialects, including Najdi, Hejazi, Southern and Eastern Saudi, plus standard Arabic and English.
2. Canva: quick design and ready templates
Your template is everyone's template. The popular ones are popular because every shop on your street found them too.
Still, Canva is the fastest way to a clean post, story or flyer without a designer. Its AI works in Arabic, it can mirror a layout for right-to-left text, and the Brand Kit keeps your colors and fonts to hand (three colors on the free plan, five kits on Pro). Canva lays out the words; writing them is still your job, and the Brand Kit has no idea who your customer is.
Keep Canva for the last two-millimetre nudge and for print sizes. Nothing stops you generating in Crewzo and finishing in Canva.
In Crewzo: Carousel Maker writes and designs a 5–10 slide Instagram carousel (1080×1350) from your Brand DNA, caption included. Static Ads gives you single-image ads with the headline on the image and ready-to-post copy.
3. CapCut: editing reels and on-screen captions
On editing, CapCut beats us. Speed ramps, keyframes, beat sync, trending templates: it's all there, and the free plan goes a long way. Pro costs $19.99/month according to CapCut's own blog, though it says prices vary by region and device.
The Arabic question is captions. CapCut's help pages don't say whether auto captions can transcribe spoken Arabic, and its Arabic pages talk about translating captions into Arabic, which is a different job. Test it on one of your own clips before you build a workflow on it.
In Crewzo: Video Editor covers the talking-head basics. Upload a clip of you speaking to camera and it cuts the silences and filler words (Arabic ones like "اممم" too), then adds word-by-word captions, overlays and AI b-roll. For anything fancier, open CapCut.
4. Higgsfield: cinematic AI video
If you want shots that look like someone hired a crew, this is the tool. Higgsfield puts more than a dozen video models in one place (Kling, Veo, Seedance and others), plus a Marketing Studio with 100+ reusable avatars for UGC-style videos and a Brand Kit that pulls your logo, colors and tone from your website. It writes the video script too. There's a free plan, and paid plans start at $9/month (pricing).
Arabic is the weak spot. It arrives through dubbing and text-to-speech, no Arabic dialect is named anywhere, and the interface is in English. You'll also still need the Meta ad copy and headlines that run with the video.
In Crewzo: UGC AI Ad builds UGC-style video ads from Arabic scripts, keeps the same character in every scene and exports a 9:16 MP4. The script can be Najdi, Hejazi, general Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine and more, and Ad Script Writer hands you the copy and headlines to run it with.
5. Product-photo tools: studio shots without a shoot
Photoroom, Claid.ai and Pebblely all remove backgrounds and drop your product into new scenes. Claid and Pebblely start at $9/month. Two catches. Photoroom's free plan is for personal, non-commercial use, so ads need a paid plan. And small details (labels, caps, fine print) can come out slightly wrong, so zoom in before you post. Arabic text on the image is weak as well; Photoroom says some of its fonts don't support Arabic.
If you shoot 500 SKUs a month or sync with an online store, stay with a specialist.
In Crewzo: Product Photoshoot turns a plain phone photo into clean studio-style shots that go straight into Static Ads.
6. Crewzo.ai: the one that knows your brand
You explain your brand to every tool above, every time. Crewzo asks once.
Brand DNA is the structured profile of your brand (your products, audience, voice, the problems you solve, what makes you different, your colors and your default language) that every Crewzo tool reads before it creates anything.
You fill it once. Crewzo drafts it from your website, Instagram or Facebook and your logo, you review it, and from then on the ad, the script, the carousel and the video all start from the same brief. Here's how Brand DNA works in detail.
What Crewzo doesn't do:
- No chat. You fill in a brief and get finished assets back. For open-ended thinking, use ChatGPT or Claude.
- No scheduling or publishing. You download what you make and post it yourself.
- Fewer video models than Higgsfield, and less editing control than CapCut.
- Not every tool writes in dialect. Static Ads, Motion Graphics and Lead Magnets write in standard Arabic or English. The dialects live in UGC AI Ad and Ad Script Writer, and Carousel Maker covers Gulf, Egyptian, Iraqi and Levantine.
Same brief, two captions
Here's a made-up perfume shop in Jeddah called Layali. The brief: "promote our new oud and Taif rose blend."
The kind of caption a general-purpose chatbot gives you:
"اكتشف عطرنا الجديد الفاخر، مزيج فريد من العود والورد يدوم طويلاً. اطلبه الآن!"
(Discover our luxurious new perfume, a unique blend of oud and rose that lasts long. Order now!)
The kind you get when the tool knows Layali's buyers, their occasions and a Gulf voice:
"ريحته تدخل المجلس قبلك وتقعد بعد ما تطلع. عود وورد طائفي، يثبت معك من العصر لين آخر الليل."
(It walks into the majlis before you and stays after you leave. Oud and Taif rose that lasts from afternoon until late at night.)
Swap "oud" for "musk" and the first caption works for any shop on earth. The second only makes sense in a Gulf majlis.
Which ones do you actually need?
Don't subscribe to all six. Pick by the job you do every week.

The short version
Keep ChatGPT or Claude for thinking, CapCut for heavy edits and Higgsfield for cinematic shots, if you already like them. For the ad itself, in your customer's dialect, start from something that already knows your brand. Every Crewzo tool starts from your Brand DNA.
Try it on your own brand for $3 from the pricing page, or read who's behind Crewzo.
