Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-09-04
This Privacy Policy explains how Solusphere LLC (“Solusphere”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Crewzo.ai (the “Service”), our AI marketing-content platform. Crewzo.ai is a product operated by Solusphere LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The data controller for the Service is Solusphere LLC. You can reach us about any privacy matter at support@crewzo.ai or by mail at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — your email address, password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), name, and the agency or business details you provide.
- Content you provide — brand profiles, competitor information, briefs and prompts, and files you upload such as logos, carousel images, and ad reference images.
- Generated content — the marketing outputs you create with the Service (for example reels plans, carousels, ads, lead magnets, and video).
- Billing information — payments are processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer identifier and your subscription and credit status. We do not store full payment-card numbers. When you start a subscription or an introductory trial, Stripe keeps your payment method on file so it can take the payments you authorized, including the subscription charge that follows the trial, until you cancel.
- Usage and credits — your credit balance and ledger, feature usage, and diagnostic logs.
- Account information — your phone number, which we collect at sign-up to help secure your account and to verify eligibility for promotional offers.
- Device and technical data — IP address, the user-agent string of your browser, and approximate country derived from network headers.
- Anti-abuse signals — to enforce the one-per-person limit on promotional offers such as the introductory trial, we store a device identifier derived from your browser (a hashed value combining a random identifier stored in your browser, your user-agent, screen characteristics, time zone, and language), the IP address used at sign-up, and your email address, in a restricted internal ledger.
- Marketing attribution — where you consent, we collect UTM parameters, referrer and landing page, advertising click identifiers (such as fbclid, gclid, ttclid, sclid, msclkid, twclid), and advertising-pixel cookies (such as _fbp, _fbc, _ttp, and _ga).
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its tools.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and administer your credit balance.
- To secure the Service, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
- To measure, analyze, and improve the Service and its features.
- For marketing and advertising attribution and measurement, where you have consented.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Analytics and Google Consent Mode
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google, to measure how visitors use the Service and to understand conversions such as sign-ups and purchases. This helps us see which pages and features are used, where visitors come from, and how to improve the Service.
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, analytics and advertising storage default to “denied” under Google Consent Mode v2 until you give consent. This means no analytics or advertising cookies and no identifiers are placed on your device unless you accept them. Even before consent, Google may receive anonymous, cookieless measurement signals (no cookies and no identifiers that single you out), which Google uses to estimate aggregate usage; this cookieless measurement is lawful without consent. If you accept non-essential cookies, full analytics measurement (including cookies) is enabled.
When you are logged in, we measure your activity using a pseudonymous account identifier rather than your email address or name, so that we can analyze usage across your session. You can decline analytics and advertising at any time through the cookie banner or by changing your cookie choices.
6. AI processing and model providers
The Service generates content using third-party AI model providers. When you generate content, the inputs you provide (such as prompts, brand details, and reference material) are sent to these providers to produce your outputs. We currently use Anthropic, OpenAI, fal.ai, Kie.ai, and OpenRouter for AI generation; some of these are intermediaries that route your inputs to models operated by other providers, including Google. The providers and models used for a given operation may change.
We access these providers through their business APIs and do not sell your content. We rely on the providers' API terms, which generally do not use API-submitted content to train their models.
7. Sub-processors
We use the following sub-processors to operate the Service. Each processes data only as needed to provide its function:

We may delete accounts that have had no active subscription for more than 6 months, together with the content stored in them, and we will email you before we do. We may also automatically delete generated files 60 days after they are created, project working files 60 days after you last work on them, and temporary uploads sooner. Download anything you want to keep. Anti-abuse records described in Section 2 are kept for up to 24 months.
10. Security
We protect your data with row-level security scoped to your account, encryption in transit and at rest, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.
11. International data transfers
The Service is hosted in the United States and our sub-processors may process data in the United States and other countries. If you access the Service from the Gulf region, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To delete your account, contact us at support@crewzo.ai from your account's email address and we will delete it for you. You can change cookie consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact support@crewzo.ai.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
13. Children
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
